Data & Intelligence
The figures from your systems on one screen, current, without anyone exporting them first.
Your data is often scattered across separate systems, exports and spreadsheets. As long as it does not come together, you steer on gut feel instead of on figures. We bring those sources together into real-time dashboards you can act on.
What we build
- Real-time dashboards across multiple sources
- Integrations with your systems, from accounting to ad platforms
- Reporting that updates itself
- KPIs, alerts and flagging
- One reliable overview instead of separate exports
What you use it for
- Figures that are now collected by hand every month
- Data that lives in different tools and never meets
- Decisions you currently make on instinct
- Teams working from different versions of the truth
How we approach it
We map your sources, connect them and build an overview that is correct and stays current: the figures you actually steer on, in the place where you need them.
One number, one meaning
Most reporting arguments are not about the figures but the definitions: does an order count on order date or delivery date, and does a cancelled line still belong. Before building a dashboard, we pin those definitions down. Otherwise you get a screen two departments read a different number from, and nobody trusts it.
Why exports to Excel keep coming back
As long as people export data to get something done, the system is missing something they need. Those exports are not a bad habit but a signal. We look at what happens inside those spreadsheets first, and build that rather than banning it.
Frequently asked
Do we need all our data in order first?
No. We work with the sources you have and handle the clean-up needed while connecting them. It does not need to be perfect, it needs to be usable.
Does this connect to our system?
Almost any system with an API or an export can be connected: Odoo, your accounting package, Google Analytics, Search Console and the ad platforms.
Is it live or a snapshot?
Real-time where possible. The dashboards update themselves, so you steer on where things stand now, not on last month's figures.
How current are the figures?
You decide that per source. Some data is worth having live, such as stock and open orders. Other data is fine once a night and is considerably cheaper to connect that way. We choose per source rather than treating everything the same.
What if our systems have no API?
There is almost always another route: reading the database, a periodic export we process automatically, or in the last resort a controlled import. Less elegant, but it works.
