Which service fits my question?
- It depends where it hurts. Work that recurs every week and has to be retyped is business automation. A process that will not fit the package you own is custom software. Not knowing what your numbers are saying is data and intelligence. In a first conversation we work out together which of the five answers your question, and sometimes the answer is that you are better off building nothing.
Can services be combined?
- Usually that is exactly what happens. An order system is custom software, the link to your accounting is automation, and the dashboard on top is data and intelligence. We do not carve a problem up along invoice lines; we build what solves it.
How does an engagement start?
- With half an hour in which we ask what currently goes wrong rather than what you want built. A bounded proposal follows in one of three shapes: a Sprint with fixed scope and price, an MVP through to production-ready, or an ongoing partnership.
