Short answer

Elusive Innovations, an AI and software agency in Oss, North Brabant, gives AI training and workshops for SME teams. There are four formats: a half-day workshop, in-company training of two to four sessions, AI literacy training in the context of Article 4 of the EU AI Act, and training per tool (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude) with a management session on AI strategy. We practise at your workplace with examples from your own processes, and the price is on request.

Why training from an agency that builds?

Most AI courses explain what a tool can do. Then everyone goes back to their own work, and it stays at a few loose prompts. We build AI applications for small and mid-sized companies: a telephone assistant, a knowledge base on a company's own documents, software that drafts text per report field. That is how we know where AI saves time in a business, and where it makes mistakes you only notice later.

We bring that into the training. We work with examples from your own work: the quote that comes back every week, the email that always gets the same answer, the report someone types out. At the end the team knows what it will do differently tomorrow, and what is better left without AI.

What is not in it: a promise of how much time it saves. That depends on the work and on what the team does with it. We do agree up front how you will see whether it pays off. How we think about that is in rolling out AI with your team.

What comes back in every training

  • What AI is, and why it sometimes says something wrong convincingly
  • Practice on examples from your own work
  • Which data you do and do not put into an AI tool
  • Who checks what, and when a person decides
  • Where AI fits your processes, and where fixed rules work better

When this fits, and when it does not

Fits when

  • Your team already uses AI, but everyone in their own way, and you want shared agreements.
  • You want to know where AI fits your processes before having anything built.
  • You deploy AI systems and want to work on AI literacy.
  • You want training in Dutch, on your own premises.

Choose something else when

  • You want an accredited diploma or certificate. We give a certificate of attendance.
  • You want an open course for individuals from different companies. Our training is for one organisation at a time.
  • You want to learn to programme or train AI models yourself.

What we build ourselves

How it works

  1. Introduction

A thirty-minute conversation about the team, the work and what you already do with AI. Afterwards you know which format fits.

  2. Preparation

We ask for examples from everyday work and build the exercises around them. Sensitive data is left out or anonymised.

  3. Training

At your workplace or at our office on Romeinenweg in Oss, with the tools you use or plan to use.

  4. Afterwards

The agreements and examples on paper. With the AI literacy training, also a certificate of attendance per participant.

Frequently asked questions

What does AI training cost?

The price is on request. It depends on the format, the number of sessions, the number of participants and how much preparation your own processes need. After the introduction you receive a proposal including the price.

Which format suits us?

A half-day workshop is an introduction for the whole team. In-company training is about your own processes, spread over two to four sessions. The AI literacy training is aimed at Article 4 of the AI Act. And if you have already chosen ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude, training per tool is the most direct. If in doubt, we work it out together in the introduction.

Where does the training take place?

At your workplace, or at our office at Romeinenweg 110-E in Oss. We mostly work in Oss and north-east Brabant; training elsewhere in the Netherlands is by arrangement.

Does the team need experience with AI?

No. We start from what the team already does and knows. Those who use AI daily get more room in the exercises to go further.

How is this different from a regular ChatGPT course?

A general course explains what a tool can do. We build AI applications for small and mid-sized companies ourselves and practise with your own team's work. So it is less about tricks and more about where AI saves time in your processes, and where you are better off without it.

Can you build something after the training?

Yes, that is our daily work: AI solutions, integrations and custom software. The training is separate from that; you are not tied to anything.
