Short answer

In-company AI training by Elusive Innovations, an AI and software agency in Oss, is a tailored programme of two to four sessions. Beforehand we map which processes take time and build the training around them. Between sessions the team applies AI in its own work, and the price is on request.

Why several sessions?

After one training someone knows what is possible. Whether it sticks only shows when they have to do it themselves a week later, with a customer on the line and an exception that was not in the example. That is why there is time between sessions: the team uses AI in its own work and brings back what chafed.

Beforehand we walk through a few processes with the people who do the work: which screen first, which customer is always an exception, where something is checked twice. That is also how we work when we build software; more in rolling out AI with your team.

The result is not a folder of prompts but working agreements for your own processes: where AI does the preparatory work, who checks, and what you measure to see whether it pays off.

What a programme looks like

  • Intake: we look on at a few processes and choose together what the training revolves around.
  • First session: the basics, and the first application on one of your own processes.
  • In between: the team uses it in its own work and notes what works and what chafes.
  • Following sessions: going deeper on what the team ran into, and a next process.
  • Wrap-up: working agreements on paper, and what you measure to see whether it pays off.

When this fits, and when it does not

Fits when

  • You want AI to become part of fixed processes, not loose experiments.
  • Some processes take a lot of time and involve text, email or documents.
  • The team can free up time between sessions to apply it.

Choose something else when

  • You only want a first introduction. A half-day workshop is then enough.
  • The process can be automated with fixed rules. Ordinary automation is then cheaper and more reliable than training.
  • Nobody has time between sessions to try it.

What we build ourselves

How it works

  1. Introduction

Thirty minutes about the team, the processes and what you want to achieve.

  2. Intake at the workplace

We look on with the people who do the work and choose the processes for the training together.

  3. The sessions

Two to four sessions, with time in between to use it in your own work.

  4. Wrap-up

Working agreements on paper, and honest advice on what there is still to gain.

Frequently asked questions

How much time is there between sessions?

We match it to your schedule: enough to use it in your own work, short enough not to let it fade.

Do you work with our own data?

We practise on your own examples. Which data may be used for that is agreed in advance; sensitive data is left out or anonymised.

Can the programme connect to an AI solution we have built?

Yes. If a process comes up during the training that is better automated, we say so. Whether you have that built, and by whom, is a separate choice.

What does in-company training cost?

The price is on request. It depends on the number of sessions, the group size and preparing for your processes. After the introduction you receive a proposal including the price.
