Elusive Innovations B.V. is a Dutch technology company specialized in custom software, business automation, AI solutions, data & intelligence, and digital product development. We exist to close the gap between ambition and execution. Too many organizations get stuck in manual work, fragmented tools, and processes that don't connect. Our mission is to remove that drag with integrated digital infrastructure, robust, scalable systems that make companies measurably faster, smarter, and more scalable, without compromising on quality or reliability.
Our story
From Christmas dinner to a company
From a simple joke over Christmas dinner to a real company that helps organizations get a genuine grip on their processes with AI and smart automation. Sometimes the best things start at the most unexpected moments.
In 2025, embedded software engineer Jari van Bakel helped co-founder Mitchel set up the business processes across his four Dutch and three German locations more intelligently. By applying AI and automation, we gained clear insight into our input and output. For the managers that meant more efficient processes, better steering of teams, and more grip on the organization.
It gave us both a huge amount of energy. In the end we said to each other, laughing: 'Maybe we should just turn this into a company.' That joke became reality.
Earlier this year we proudly launched Elusive Innovations, the company that helps organizations get a real grip on their processes with AI and smart automation. We have since completed more than ten successful projects for a wide range of clients. And every time we see the same thing: smart technology makes processes simpler and delivers valuable insight straight away.
