Where is your organisation losing time today?
A thirty-minute call, online or at the table in Oss. You talk to someone who also builds the system. Afterwards you know which part of your process is the first to automate, and whether that work belongs with us.

FAQ
Questions, answered
How fast can you deliver a working system?
For a bounded application or a first version you see working software within a few weeks. We deliver in short iterations so you can steer early. Larger systems run longer; we agree the timeline upfront based on the scope.
Do I own the code and the system?
Yes. You get full ownership of the code, the infrastructure and the data. There are no per-seat licences, and you do not depend on us to keep building.
What does a project cost?
A Sprint starts at 999 euro: one defined deliverable with a fixed scope. Above that it depends on what needs building, and we work in a production-ready MVP or an ongoing Partnership. After the intro call you know which shape your question falls into.
Where does AI actually fit in?
Only where we can point at the step it removes. An assistant that handles a phone call and books the appointment, or a model that reads a supplier invoice and prepares it for the books. If it returns nothing, we do not build it.
What kind of projects do you take on?
Custom software, business process automation, AI solutions, dashboards and reporting, and complete digital products. In practice it comes down to systems that take over work currently done by hand.
Do you work with companies outside the Netherlands?
Yes. We are based in Oss and work with clients across the Netherlands and abroad, in Dutch and in English.
How do we get started?
Send a short message about where you are stuck or what you want to build. We reply within one working day and book a thirty-minute intro call to sharpen the question.
Why custom software? Surely there is a package for this.
Often a package is the right answer, and we will say so. It grinds when your process has an exception the package does not allow for, or when the price per user grows as you grow: at thirty-five employees that is soon twelve thousand euro a year, every year again. Custom software you pay for once.
We tried this before and it came to nothing.
We hear that often, and usually it went wrong because months of building happened before anyone used it. So we deliver one defined piece first, and it goes into use. If it does not work, it stops there, and you are out no more than that one step.
Will my team actually pick this up?
That depends on whether the system follows their work or the other way around. So we start on the floor, with the people doing the work today, and you see the screens before there is production code. Someone who helped think it through does not need convincing afterwards.
What happens to our data, especially with AI involved?
You choose where it runs: a server in Europe, or a server at your own premises with no access from outside. Either way a backup is pulled locally, and the application sits separately from the data, so you can stand it up again and load the data back. What exactly goes to an AI model, we record per process during the analysis.
I do not really have time for this.
The first step is thirty minutes. After that your time goes mostly into the exploration, because we do that with your people on the floor and cannot invent it behind a desk. Count on a few hours spread over the first weeks. The building is ours.
