All content on the Elusive Innovations website, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is the property of Elusive Marketing B.V. and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.

For client projects: upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of the custom code and deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Our general website content, branding, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Elusive Marketing B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Oost-Brabant, Netherlands.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
