AI telephony assistants
From phone call to completed action.
Answers calls or places them, then carries out the action in your own systems: appointment booked, CRM updated, confirmation sent.
We build software for mid-sized companies whose work no longer fits the package they bought. We put AI where it genuinely takes work off your hands. Whatever can stay, we connect to.

Companies rarely lose time to one large problem. They lose it to ten small handovers that happen outside the software and are written down nowhere.

We sit with the people who do the work today.

Including the exceptions a package turns into a detour.

Database, integrations and interface all come from us.

Only where we can point at the step it removes.

An extra branch or department fits the same environment.
We walk the process with the people who carry it out.
You see the screens and the structure before production code.
Each iteration leaves a working version you can use yourself.
Connected to your existing systems, tested on your own data.
Delivery with documentation, and who maintains what after.
Which line you need depends on where it hurts. In practice it is usually two or three of them at once.

Systems we have built more than once and now deliver as products. They work with your calendar, your CRM and the systems you already run.

From recording to a written report field.
Drafts the text for each report field from your own recording of the visit, and every value carries the literal quote it came from.
What we built, and what has been running on it every day since. Each case sets out the situation before, the system we built and what changed in the operation.

Manufacturing · production
“Where is my order?” Eight production departments, from forge to transport, now sit live in one screen. Work slips and labels roll out on their own.

Elusive Innovations started at the end of 2025. The team brings over thirty years of combined experience: young enough to stay on top of what is happening in AI, around long enough to know what survives in production. We work for companies whose operation has outgrown parts of the software running it.

For a bounded application or a first version you see working software within a few weeks. We deliver in short iterations so you can steer early. Larger systems run longer; we agree the timeline upfront based on the scope.
Yes. You get full ownership of the code, the infrastructure and the data. There are no per-seat licences, and you do not depend on us to keep building.
A Sprint starts at 999 euro: one defined deliverable with a fixed scope. Above that it depends on what needs building, and we work in a production-ready MVP or an ongoing Partnership. After the intro call you know which shape your question falls into.
Only where we can point at the step it removes. An assistant that handles a phone call and books the appointment, or a model that reads a supplier invoice and prepares it for the books. If it returns nothing, we do not build it.
