Dutch enquiry flow to the importer

The challenge

What was going on

Luc van den Berg imports Bongio in the Netherlands. The website needs to express the Italian design brand while helping trade visitors find the right collection for their showroom or project.

A showroom considers its range and support. An architect looks for form, finish and application. Both need a clear route to relevant information and a trade enquiry.

Our approach

How we tackled it

From the visitor’s question to a clear next step.

  1. Start with the audience

Separate entry points for showrooms and architects, with information suited to their decisions.

  2. Let the product speak

Collections, finishes and project imagery form the core of the presentation.

  3. Make contact specific

From inspiration to a trade enquiry with the Dutch importer.

What we built

The system

01 / 05

Collection pages

Design ranges have their own pages with product imagery and relevant finishes.

02 / 05

Compare finishes

A dedicated overview makes the different finishes easier to find and compare.

03 / 05

Two trade entry points

Showrooms and architects each get their own route through the range.

04 / 05

Enquiry to the importer

A trade form brings together contact details, company information and interests for follow-up by the importer.

05 / 05

Marketing for trade audiences

The brand presentation and audience-specific pages guide showrooms and architects from initial interest to a focused enquiry. A follow-up campaign has been prepared; sending has not started.

The outcome

Where it stands

The website is live at bongio.nl. Collections, audience information and trade enquiries are brought together in one Dutch brand presentation.

Luc van den Berg now has a dedicated entry point for the Dutch market, from discovering Bongio to discussing a showroom or project.

A strong brand deserves a website as considered as its products.
