The challenge
What was going on
Sophitech sells cleaning devices for different uses. Visitors need to understand which device suits their home and cleaning needs without working through every specification.
An advertisement’s promise needs to carry through to its landing page. We therefore considered product information, selection guidance and campaigns as parts of the same customer journey.
Our approach
How we tackled it
From the visitor’s question to a clear next step.
Start with the use case
Organise product information around the areas and materials people want to clean.
Help visitors choose
Connect use cases, comparisons, accessories and frequently asked questions.
Align campaign and page
Work on advertising material and its destination page around the same product promise.
What we built
The system
Modular product information
Shopify sections for use cases, specifications, accessories and frequently asked questions.
Selection guidance and comparisons
Selection guidance and product comparisons make the differences between devices easier to understand.
Campaign landing pages
Pages and advertising material developed around recognisable cleaning situations.
Measure and refine
Campaign and measurement analysis to identify specific improvements, accounting for differences between data sources.
Google and Meta campaigns
Advertising creatives, campaign setup and analysis connect to the products and audience needs. The landing page carries the same message forward.
The outcome
Where it stands
A live storefront with product information, selection guidance and campaign pages that tell one coherent story.
Marketing and the storefront are considered together: which need brings visitors from an advertisement, and does the page help them choose?
A landing page should answer the question that brought the visitor there.
