Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude training
Training on the AI tool you use or plan to use: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude for teams. For the board there is a separate session on AI strategy.

Short answer
Elusive Innovations in Oss gives training per AI tool for employees: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Claude for teams, each applied to their own work and with agreements on data and checking. For directors and management there is a separate session on AI strategy: where AI fits in the business, what it takes and where to start. The price is on request.

- For whom
- Employees, and separately directors and management

- At your workplace or at our office in Oss

Why per tool?
Every tool works differently. Microsoft Copilot sits inside Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams and works with the files you can already reach in Microsoft 365. ChatGPT and Claude are separate assistants where you decide what to share, with administration for the organisation in the business plans. A training that covers all three halfway helps nobody well.
So we pick the tool you use or will use, and practise with your own work: emails, quotes, reports, summaries of meetings. Settings are covered too, such as which data the tool may use and how you record agreements in the team.
We are not tied to any of the vendors. When we build, we choose the model that fits each task best, and that is how we look at the tools in the training too.
What is covered
- ChatGPT: instructions with context, working with documents, and what the business version does differently
- Microsoft Copilot: in Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, and why permissions in Microsoft 365 decide what Copilot can see
- Claude for teams: long documents, shared projects and working agreements in the team
- For every tool: which data you do and do not share, and how you check an answer
When this fits, and when it does not
Fits when
- You have chosen one tool, or are about to.
- Staff have access but use it little, or each in a different way.
- The board first wants a clear picture before the team gets started.
Choose something else when
- There is no idea yet which tool fits. Start with the management session or a workshop.
- You need help with the technical set-up of Microsoft 365. That is IT management, which we do not do.
- It concerns a tool not listed here. Do ask; we will say honestly whether we know it well enough.
Management session: AI strategy
A session for directors and management, separate from the training for employees. Not a story about the future of AI, but about your company: which processes take the most hours, where AI fits and where ordinary automation does, what it asks of people, and what you agree up front to know whether it works.
- Where the hours in the business go, and which process qualifies first
- AI or fixed rules: when which approach fits
- Which tools you allow, with which agreements on data
- How to bring the team along, and when to adjust or stop
- AI literacy and Article 4 of the AI Act, in outline
What we build ourselves
The training is given by an agency that builds AI applications itself and sees them in use. A few examples:
AI telephony
Answers calls and then carries out the action in your systems, handing over to a person where that helps better.

Frequently asked questions
Which tool suits our company best?
That depends on where your work lives and which agreements on data you want. If everything runs in Microsoft 365, Copilot is the obvious candidate; for separate tasks with your own documents, ChatGPT or Claude may fit better. We work that out in the introduction or the management session, without preferring a vendor.
Is it safe to put company data into ChatGPT?
That is a design choice, not a property of the tool: which plan, which settings, and which agreements. In the training we explain what to watch for, and agree together what is and is not shared.
Can management and employees take the training together?
They can, but a separate management session usually works better. Employees want to know how they will do their work differently tomorrow; the board wants to know where the company starts and what it takes.
What does training per tool cost?
The price is on request. It depends on the tool, the group size and preparing for your work. After the introduction you receive a proposal including the price.
