AI workshop for teams
Half a day in which your team sees what AI can and cannot do in your work, and tries it on real examples.

Short answer
The AI workshop by Elusive Innovations in Oss is a half-day introduction to AI for a whole team. Everyone tries it themselves, on examples from their own work such as emails, quotes and reports. Afterwards the team knows where AI helps, where it makes mistakes and which agreements to make about it; the price is on request.

What do you do in half a day?
We start with what a language model is and why it sometimes says something wrong convincingly. That is not a technical lesson: whoever understands it knows when to check an answer.
Then it gets practical. We work with examples you send in advance: an email that keeps coming back, a quote, a report, a list someone updates by hand. Everyone tries it themselves, and we discuss what went well and what did not.
We close with agreements: which data may and may not go into an AI tool, who checks what, and which work is worth trying first.
What is covered
- What AI is, and why its mistakes sound convincing
- Giving a good instruction: context, example and check
- Practice with emails, quotes and reports from your own work
- Which data you do and do not put into an AI tool
- Where AI can save time in your work, and where not
When this fits, and when it does not
Fits when
- The team has little or scattered experience with AI and you want a shared starting point.
- You want to see quickly whether AI fits your work.
- You are considering a longer programme and want a taste first.
Choose something else when
- The team already uses AI daily. In-company training on your own processes then delivers more.
- You want to learn one tool in depth. Choose training per tool.
- You mainly want a strategy conversation for the board. Choose the management session.
What we build ourselves
The training is given by an agency that builds AI applications itself and sees them in use. A few examples:
AI telephony
Answers calls and then carries out the action in your systems, handing over to a person where that helps better.

How it works
Introduction
Thirty minutes about the team and the work, so the workshop is about you and not about an average company.
Send examples
You send a few examples from everyday work. We turn them into exercises, without sensitive data.
The workshop
Half a day, at your premises or with us in Oss. Everyone takes part hands-on.
Afterwards
The agreements and examples on paper, and advice on a sensible next step if there is one.
Frequently asked questions
How many participants can join?
We match it to the group. In a smaller group everyone gets a turn; if the team is larger, we split it or plan two half days.
Do participants need their own laptop?
Yes, with access to the AI tool you use or want to use. If you do not have one yet, we agree in advance which tool we work with.
Is half a day enough?
For an introduction, yes: afterwards the team knows what AI can do and where to be careful. To really get AI into your processes, in-company training over several sessions works better, because the team practises in its own work in between.
What does the workshop cost?
The price is on request. It depends mostly on group size and on preparing your examples. After the introduction you receive a proposal including the price.
