AI and software for wholesale and technical trade
For trading companies whose stock, orders and business customers are spread across several systems, with someone keeping them in line by hand every day.
A reply within one working day.

Short answer
Elusive Innovations, an AI and software agency from Oss in Noord-Brabant, builds integrations and software for wholesalers and technical trade: stock that stays in line with the supplier, business customers you approve before they order, and orders nobody retypes any more. For LeidingDeal.nl, a web shop for installation materials, our integration keeps stock in line with supplier Versa's file twice a day, and business customers are approved through a signed link.

Where work gets stuck in a trading company
In a trading company the same information sits in three places: at the supplier, in your own system and in the web shop. As long as someone keeps the three in line by hand, it works until it gets busy. Then the web shop sells what the supplier no longer has, or an order sits in the inbox while the warehouse does not know about it yet.
What we build takes that manual work away: an integration that reads stock from the supplier's file or API, an approval step for business customers, or a step that prepares orders and purchase invoices in your administration. More important than the integration itself is what it does when the source is wrong: stop and report, instead of carrying on. How that works for a Shopify web shop is on the Shopify integration page.
When this makes sense, and when it does not
Makes sense when
- Your supplier delivers stock or item data in a file or its own system, and someone updates your web shop or ERP by hand today.
- You sell to business customers you want to approve first.
- A quote consists of parts from several suppliers, each with its own confirmation and delivery date.
- Your range is too large to keep up per item.
Does not make sense when
- There is a ready-made integration or app that already connects your supplier and your system well. That is faster and cheaper.
- Your range is small and rarely changes.
- Your supplier cannot provide stock or item data. Then there is nothing to connect to.

Stock sync and business customers
A web shop for installation materials. The integration keeps stock in line with supplier Versa's file twice a day, halts itself when that file is off, and approves business customers through a signed link.

From showroom quote to delivery
An opportunity report from August 2026: a bathroom quote can consist of dozens of parts from different suppliers, and the work now runs through Access, Outlook, supplier web shops and paper. The CRM/ERP based on it is in development.

Trade website for an importer
Italian design bathroomware with a Dutch point of contact for showrooms and architects: collection pages, comparing finishes, two trade entrances and an enquiry that reaches the importer.
What determines the investment?
One integration between your web shop or ERP and one source, such as a stock file, can be a defined Sprint. Several integrations that together keep stock, catalogue and customers up to date, or an order overview of your own across suppliers, is more likely an MVP or partnership.
- Fixed scope
Sprint
One defined deliverable: an integration between two systems, a recurring step that disappears, or an internal screen that does not exist yet. Scope and price are fixed upfront.
- Production-ready
MVP
A first version of your product or platform that real users can use. How long it takes depends on the scope, usually a few weeks.
- Ongoing
Partnership
Fixed build capacity per period, for organisations that keep extending. New parts, integrations and automations delivered to a steady rhythm.
A Sprint starts at 999 euro. For an MVP or a Partnership it depends on scope; we share that figure during the intake.
What moves the price most
- What the source is: a file, an API or the supplier's own system.
- How many suppliers and items there are.
- Which safety stops are needed, and who gets the alert.
- Whether business customers have their own prices or need approval.

How we approach it
Map the flow
From supplier to customer: where does which information live, and where does someone retype it?
One integration first
Usually stock or orders, because that is where a mistake reaches a customer directly.
Agree the safety stops
We agree when the integration stops and who then gets an alert.
Expand on what you see
Only when the first integration runs stably does the next one join.
Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with Shopify?
No. LeidingDeal.nl runs on Shopify, but we also build integrations with Exact Online, Odoo and other packages that have an API. We first check whether a ready-made integration already exists.
What if the supplier's file is wrong?
Then the integration stops and we get an alert, instead of half your range going off sale. Which limits apply, we agree per integration.
Can you also process purchase invoices automatically?
Yes, reading them and preparing them in your administration can be done. The decision to pay stays with a person. How we approach it is in automating purchase invoices.
What does an integration for a trading company cost?
A Sprint starts at 999 euros: one defined result with a fixed scope. Above that it depends on what needs to be built, and we work with an MVP through to production or an ongoing partnership. After the introduction you know which shape your question falls into.
