AI and software for recruitment organisations
For organisations with branches, recruiters on the street and a stream of applicants and leads that needs following up every day.
A reply within one working day.

Short answer
Elusive Innovations, an AI and software agency from Oss in Noord-Brabant, builds automations and software for recruitment organisations: from application to first contact, from lead to follow-up, and reporting per branch. For Trust Marketing, a national recruitment organisation, around 45 automations take over 1 FTE of manual work per branch and every lead is now called within 24 hours. For HeroHive in Düsseldorf, an applicant now hears back within two working days instead of after five to seven.

Where the work sits in a recruitment organisation
A recruitment organisation runs on speed: an applicant who hears nothing for three days goes elsewhere, and a lead not called the same week goes cold. At the same time every branch needs to know how the team is doing. At the organisations we work for, that took manual work every day: phoning through standings, passing applicants on by hand, putting reports together.
What we build puts that work into one layer of automations that connects to where the team already works, such as WhatsApp, Notion and its own CRM. Applications reach the right branch automatically, leads get followed up, and the standings and reports build themselves. For practice and coaching we have products of our own: Elusive DASH for the day itself and Closer AI to practise conversations.
When this makes sense, and when it does not
Makes sense when
- You have several branches or teams that each keep their own standings and schedule.
- Applicants and leads come from several sources and are passed on by hand.
- Reporting per branch costs someone hours every day or week.
- The team already works in WhatsApp or a shared workspace, and that is where the information should land.
Does not make sense when
- You work with one small team and a manageable flow; a well set-up standard ATS or CRM will do.
- The process changes from week to week. Settle the way of working first, then automate.
- Nobody wants to own the automations after delivery.

What determines the investment?
One flow, such as applications to the right branch or the daily standings, can be a defined Sprint. A layer of automations across recruitment, follow-up and reporting together is a partnership, because it grows with the organisation.
- Fixed scope
Sprint
One defined deliverable: an integration between two systems, a recurring step that disappears, or an internal screen that does not exist yet. Scope and price are fixed upfront.
- Production-ready
MVP
A first version of your product or platform that real users can use. How long it takes depends on the scope, usually a few weeks.
- Ongoing
Partnership
Fixed build capacity per period, for organisations that keep extending. New parts, integrations and automations delivered to a steady rhythm.
A Sprint starts at 999 euro. For an MVP or a Partnership it depends on scope; we share that figure during the intake.
What moves the price most
- How many branches and sources of applicants and leads there are.
- Which systems the team uses, such as WhatsApp, Notion or a CRM.
- Which reports each branch needs.
- Which language and country the team works in.
Explained in more depth in What does custom software cost?
How we approach it
Look along per branch
We map how a branch works, from standings to schedule.
The slowest step first
Usually the time to first contact with an applicant or lead.
Automate where the team already works
In the team chat, the workspace or the CRM, not in yet another new system.
Measure with the client
We count before and after together, so the result comes from your own figures.
Frequently asked questions
Do you also work for organisations outside the Netherlands?
Yes. HeroHive is in Düsseldorf and everything we built for them is in German. We work from Oss and remotely.
Do you replace our ATS or CRM?
Not if it is not needed. We usually build automations around what is already there. Where a CRM of your own fits better, that is on the page custom CRM development.
Were the Trust and HeroHive figures measured?
Yes, measured with the client in August 2026 and cleared by them for publication. They apply to those engagements and are not a promise for every organisation.
What does it cost?
A Sprint starts at 999 euros: one defined result with a fixed scope. Above that it depends on what needs to be built, and we work with an MVP through to production or an ongoing partnership. After the introduction you know which shape your question falls into.
