Never again dependent on one person.
Our team keeps working on your software, your integrations and your AI every month, for a fixed fee. A delivery every two weeks, something new in use every month. No hours: there is no meter running.
Our team, ongoing, is Elusive's Partnership model: a fixed team that keeps building on your systems every month, for a fixed monthly fee. You get a delivery with a demo every two weeks and something in use every month, maintenance is included, and everything we make is yours. You start with a short initial period, agreed per client. After that you can cancel any month, or agree on a year.
Knowledge in a team, not in one head.
The builder who quits. The developer who leaves. The one colleague who knows how the integration works. It is what business owners tell us most often, and it is always the same risk: everything depends on one person, whether they work for you or for your supplier.
“If that person is ill … your business grinds to a halt.”
With us, at least two people know your project. What we build, why, and how it fits together is in our system and in the documentation you get from us. If someone is ill, on leave or on holiday, the work simply carries on. You will not notice.
- At least two people know your project
- The knowledge is written down, not in someone's head
- Illness, leave or holiday: the work carries on

What you get every month
You are not buying hours or a seat, but a steady rhythm of finished work.
A delivery every two weeks
In a short demo we show what is finished. You see the work itself, not a timesheet.
Something in use every month
Not just built, but introduced to the people who work with it every day.
You set the order
We keep one list together. You set the priorities; we cut large work into pieces that are done within two weeks.
Maintenance is included
Updates, security and monitoring come with it. Small questions and changes are picked up within one working day.
An overview with every invoice
What went into use, what it brings you, what we prevented and what is now at the top of the list.
One point of contact
One person to go to, and a meeting every month about what comes next.
No hours, no fees per user or module, no invoices for extra work. More wishes mean a longer list, not a higher bill.
Three choices side by side
Our team, a one-off project or your own employee. All three are a real choice; this is what each asks of you.
- What you pay
- Our team, ongoing: A fixed monthly fee, everything included
- A one-off project: One fixed price up front
- Your own employee: Salary, plus well over a third in employer costs
- What you get
- Our team, ongoing: A delivery every two weeks, something in use every month
- A one-off project: The agreed result, on the agreed date
- Your own employee: The hours of one person
- Expertise
- Our team, ongoing: Software, integrations, AI and maintenance, behind one point of contact
- A one-off project: Whatever the project needs
- Your own employee: One person, one discipline
- Illness or leave
- Our team, ongoing: The work carries on
- A one-off project: Depends on who builds it
- Your own employee: The work stops, and under current Dutch law you keep paying wages for up to two years
- New wishes
- Our team, ongoing: On the list, at no extra cost
- A one-off project: A new quote
- Your own employee: If there is time, and if it fits their discipline
- Maintenance and updates
- Our team, ongoing: Included
- A one-off project: Agreed separately
- Your own employee: Your own to arrange
- Getting started
- Our team, ongoing: First delivery after two weeks
- A one-off project: Once the quote is approved
- Your own employee: After recruiting and onboarding
- Stopping
- Our team, ongoing: Monthly, after a short initial period
- A one-off project: Done at delivery
- Your own employee: Under employment law
- Who owns it
- Our team, ongoing: You do: code, data, accounts and documentation
- A one-off project: You do
- Your own employee: You do, but the knowledge sits in one head
In the Netherlands an employee costs well over a third on top of gross salary, before workplace, training and cover during illness. During illness you currently keep paying wages for up to two years. Sources: Ondernemen met Personeel, MKB Servicedesk and UWV, as of October 2026.
How it starts
The initial period is short and there to see whether it works, for you and for us. We agree on its length together.
Week 2
The first delivery
Something that works, with a demo. No months of preparation first.
Month 1
The list for the coming months, together
What comes first, what follows and what can wait. You decide.
End of initial period
Look back, and you choose
You see what has been delivered. Then you continue monthly, agree on a year, or stop.
The agreement
- A short initial period first
- Long enough to see what our team delivers, short enough not to be tied in. We agree on the length with you up front.
- Then cancel any month
- After the initial period you can stop at the end of any month. No year is required.
- Or a year, at 5% off
- If you know you want a year, you agree on that and pay 5% less every month.
- Pausing is possible
- A quiet period? You can put the work on hold for at most one month a year.
- 3% a year, no more
- The fee goes up a fixed 3% each year, for wage costs. No other increases, so you already know what you will pay next year.
- External costs up front and separate
- We budget hosting and licences in advance, apart from the monthly fee. No surprises afterwards.
How you get out.
Everything we make is yours from day one: code, data, accounts and documentation. If you stop, you take everything with you and get a handover meeting. No buy-out fee.
When a one-off project fits better
Our team, ongoing, is not the right choice for everyone. In these cases we advise against it ourselves:
- You have one defined goal, and nothing after it.
- You have your own developer who takes over after delivery.
- There is less than roughly one priority a month. Then you would pay every month for work that is not there.
- A fixed monthly cost does not fit your budget right now.
- You do not have half an hour a month to review and respond quickly.
Then a Sprint or a one-off project is the better choice: one defined result, at a fixed price up front.
