Stichting Oss & Partners brings the municipality, businesses, cultural institutions and volunteers together around one story about Oss. Since September 2026 we have been building with them, together with Vindbaar.ai.
Stichting Oss & Partners is the public-private foundation behind Tref het in Oss, the tourism and leisure platform of the municipality of Oss. Elusive Innovations, also based in Oss, has worked with the foundation since September 2026. We built a workflow that prepares event requests from the inbox, created a visual identity and a website for the foundation, and are mapping out together how events, partners and figures can come together in one place. Vindbaar.ai handles website management and content.
Who Oss & Partners are
The foundation carries the place marketing of the municipality of Oss: what visitors and residents see on Tref het in Oss, what the information centres tell them and how partners get their offering listed. A small team with an interim board, and a network far wider than the foundation itself.

Events calendar: from email to listing
Event requests arrive by email. The software reads them, creates a draft per activity in the format of the existing events system and queues it for the editors.
Website on a test domain, launch in preparation
Visual identity and own website
Oss & Partners had no face of its own next to Tref het in Oss. There is now a visual identity and an organisation website for partners, board and applicants, separate from the visitor platform.
Workspace set up in October 2026
AI in daily work
Meeting notes, email and recurring writing: together with the foundation we set up an AI workspace that writes in its own house style and tone. The foundation uses it themselves.

How do events, partner information and figures come together in one place instead of loose emails and spreadsheets? We are mapping that out together with the foundation.
How the events workflow works
We built around the inbox and events system that were already there. Software prepares the work; editors decide what goes online.

Read the request
One email can contain several activities. Each activity gets its own draft, with date, time and category already filled in.

Review in one place
A queue shows new requests and changes. Possible duplicate activities and deviations from the listing requirements are flagged.

Transfer with approval
After approval the software fills the existing system. New items are saved unpublished: publishing remains an editorial action.
