The challenge
What was going on
A business owner often holds their admin together with a subscription to off-the-shelf software and a handful of loose Excel files. Monthly licence fees, and still switching between tools for invoices, VAT and figures.
Invoices get paid late, quotes sit untouched, and the VAT return is a puzzle to solve again every quarter. The overview you need to steer is missing exactly when it counts.

Payment link and reminders
An iDEAL payment link and QR code on every invoice, plus automatic reminders and recurring invoices for subscriptions and retainers.
VAT and bookkeeping
A VAT overview per quarter, purchase invoices and shared costs booked in, with AI recognition that reads a receipt or PDF automatically.
Bank and receivables
Connect bank transactions and match them automatically to invoices and costs, with receivables management that shows what is still outstanding.
Dashboard and reporting
Realtime revenue, costs, profit and margin per month, quarter and year, with revenue goals and a profit-and-loss overview.
Export and management
A one-click accountant export (ZIP) and CSV per filing period, customer and product management with Chamber of Commerce data, and multiple companies under one login.
