How we work

First we come over and walk through the work with the people who do it. Then we build in one of three shapes, and what we deliver runs in production and belongs to you.

1. Sprint

   Fixed scope

   One defined deliverable: an integration between two systems, a recurring step that disappears, or an internal screen that does not exist yet. Scope and price are fixed upfront.

2. MVP

   Production-ready

   A first version of your product or platform that real users can use. How long it takes depends on the scope, usually a few weeks.

3. Partnership

   Ongoing

   Fixed build capacity per period, for organisations that keep extending. New parts, integrations and automations delivered to a steady rhythm.

A Sprint starts at 999 euro. For an MVP or a Partnership it depends on scope; we share that figure during the intake.

Yes. Elusive Innovations is based in Oss, about 35 minutes from Nijmegen, and builds custom software, integrations and AI automation. We connect to what already works instead of replacing it, and use AI where you can point at the step that disappears.

Yes. Nijmegen is about 35 minutes from our office in Oss. We start on site and come over when the project calls for it; in between we work remotely.
