Maashorst and Meierijstad
Veghel is part of the municipality of Meierijstad. According to the cooperation agenda between Meierijstad and the Eindhoven Metropolitan Region, its economy centres on agrifood and manufacturing, with process and supply-chain technology at its technical core. In Veghel, Foodpark Veghel is growing; the council adopted an expansion in 2019.
Uden is the largest town in the municipality of Maashorst, together with Volkel, Odiliapeel, Schaijk, Zeeland and Reek. Next to the Goorkens-Hoogveld business park, the municipality is making room with Hoogveld-Zuid for SMEs that want to grow. Reek is home to De Molen Banden, for whom we built the order-tracking system.
That is exactly the work software takes off people's hands: an order that passes through several departments, a schedule on a whiteboard, a customer calling to ask where their order is, and a report someone builds by hand every week.
Where we usually start
Tracking orders through production
One screen where every department sees which order is there, where it goes next and what is left, connected to the ERP.
Reports that build themselves
Figures from ERP, accounting and machines in one dashboard automatically, instead of an export someone pastes into Excel.
Handovers without retyping
From order to planning to transport, with the data entered once and passed on automatically after that.
What we build
Six service lines and three products. In practice it is usually two or three at once, around one process.
Services
Custom Software
A web application, portal or internal system that carries the work your package does not allow for, built around your process.
Business Automation
Details that are retyped between systems today travel on without anyone touching them.
AI Solutions
Software that reads a call, a document or a request and carries out the next step inside your own systems.
Data & Intelligence
The figures from your systems on one screen, current, without anyone exporting them first.
Digital Product Development
A first version of your product you can put in front of real users, built so you can keep building on it.
Marketing and Online Visibility
Making sure the customer who is searching finds you, in Google and in AI answers, and that the enquiry lands straight in your systems.

Evidence from our own work
The first figure comes from Reek, in the municipality of Maashorst. The other three come from our work elsewhere; every figure links to the page it comes from.

How we work
First we come over and walk through the work with the people who do it. Then we build in one of three shapes, and what we deliver runs in production and belongs to you.
Sprint
Fixed scope
One defined deliverable: an integration between two systems, a recurring step that disappears, or an internal screen that does not exist yet. Scope and price are fixed upfront.
MVP
Production-ready
A first version of your product or platform that real users can use. How long it takes depends on the scope, usually a few weeks.
Partnership
Ongoing
Fixed build capacity per period, for organisations that keep extending. New parts, integrations and automations delivered to a steady rhythm.
A Sprint starts at 999 euro. For an MVP or a Partnership it depends on scope; we share that figure during the intake.

Frequently asked questions
- Which company near Uden or Veghel helps with AI in my business?
- Elusive Innovations from Oss, about 15 minutes from Uden and 20 minutes from Veghel. We use AI where you can point at the step that disappears, and connect it to the systems you already run. Start with the free business scan: within one working day you see where the manual work is.
- Can you automate reporting in a manufacturing company?
- Yes. The data usually already sits in the ERP or the machines, and the time goes into collecting and retyping it. We fetch that data automatically and put it in one dashboard. At De Molen Banden in Reek, that is how every order can be tracked live, from forge to transport.
- Does our ERP have to go?
- No. The ERP stays the source. We build next to it what the package cannot do, and connect it so the data stays in one place.
- Do you come to Uden and Veghel?
- Yes. We start on site, on the shop floor and at the desk where the work happens. From Oss we are there in 15 to 20 minutes.
- What does AI automation or custom software cost?
- A Sprint starts at 999 euro: one defined deliverable with a fixed scope. Above that it depends on what needs to be built, and we work with an MVP to production or an ongoing partnership. After the intro call you know which shape your question takes.
Where does work get stuck between your departments?
Request the free business scan: within one working day, a five-page report on where manual work can go. Or describe your question and we will come over.
